My name is Doug South and I was asked by HomeSmart Storm Solutions, LLC to right a letter of recommendation for them. I am a very busy person, but I found the time to write this letter for HomeSmart Storm Solutions, LLC because they went the extra mile for me. My roof had been damaged by hail and had to be replaced. HomeSmart also added an extension to my roof to shed water away from back door. Other roofing companies did not want to do the extension. They just wanted to replace my roof and move on to the next customer. HomeSmart took the time to address future concerns about my water runoff problems, not just leave me with a new roof. In conclusion, I have a new roof and water is being diverted away from my back door. HomeSmart’s expertise and complete examination of my property left me satisfied and confident that there will not be any problems with my new roof in the future. Like I said before, I am a very busy man and I do not have time to worry about these things. My home is my biggest investment and I believe that HomeSmart understands that. I strongly recommend using HomeSmart to repair your home.

Dear Future HomeSmart Customer,
Recently, I had several roofing companies knock on my door and give me their spiel about fixing my hail damaged roof. However, these roofing companies did not seem very reliable and did not have the capability to fix my interior damage. When a HomeSmart salesperson approached me, I immediately felt a sense of relief. The salesperson was not pushy and took their time explaining what damage I had and how they could fix ALL of it. I ended up using HomeSmart to do the job. In the end, I am pleased at how quick and painless the process was. They did what they said they would do. They fixed my home and did it right the first time. As a result, our Homeowner’s Association sent out a letter recommending HomeSmart. (See the attached letter) Now, my neighbors are using HomeSmart to repair their homes. From now on, I will always recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors.

I am writing this letter to recommend HomeSmart Storm Solutions, LLC to anyone who is faced with damage to their home. First, HomeSmart gave me a free and thorough inspection of my home. The only time that I am ever on my own roof is when I am cleaning out my gutters. Obviously, I had hail damage, but I didn’t know what to look for. My Insurance Claims Specialist was able to show me the damage and explain to me how crucial it was to replace my roof before interior damage occurred. I am so excited that that I received a new roof for my deductible. It was a very easy process from start to finish beginning with the insurance claim. My Insurance Claims Specialist was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the entire job. My wife and I wanted to express our appreciation for the job HomeSmart did on our roof replacement this past May. From the day you inspected our roof and covered our damaged exhaust fan with a tarp, to the day the job was completed, everything was done in a courteous and professional manner.
We are particularly pleased with the appearance of our new roof which, to a large extent, can be attributed to the quality of workmanship provided by your installation crew. I had the opportunity to watch some of the work, and it was evident that they took pride in doing a good job. They worked safely, they worked hard, they worked fast, and they did good work!
I must admit that I was surprised by the mess created by removing two layers of old shingles, but there was virtually no damage to shrubbery or anything else around the house. When the job was completed, the cleanup was meticulous – very impressive!
